Check them all out below in our “New Music Friday” weekly roundup.

Pap Chanel and Future – “Gucci Bucket Hat” (feat. Herion Young)

Future’s is back with a new single, “Gucci Bucket Hat,” with Pop Chanel and Herion Young. Is it a single for an upcoming album, or just a loosie? Who’s to say. It’s definitely a banger though. The song follows Future’s recent addition to Travis Scott, Young Thug, and M.I.A.’s hit “Franchise,” and Pop Chanel’s debut EP Pretty And Paid.

Ty Dolla $ign – “Track 6” (feat. Kanye West, Anderson .Paak & Thundercat)

Ty Dolla $ign manages to stay everywhere in hip-hop all at once, whether he’s playing guitar for Roddy Ricch, floating in and out of a Kanye album, or somehow making it onto “Hot Girl Summer.” Today he released his fourth solo studio album, Featuring Ty Dolla $ign, and it’s a whopping 25 songs long. The album features just about every name in hip-hop including Future, Young Thug, Kanye West, Anderson .Paak, Thundercat, Kid Cudi, Post Malone, Nicki Minaj, Lil Durk, Roddy Ricch, Mustard, Gunna, 6lack and more.

Rico Nasty – “Don’t Like Me” (feat. Don Toliver and Gucci Mane)

Rico Nasty teamed up with Gucci Mane and Don Toliver for the next single leading up to Nightmare Vacation, out December. The song follows her last singles “Own It” and “IPHONE.” The track was produced by Buddah Bless, who has previously worked with Gucci, Megan Thee Stallion and Travis Scott.

Youngboy Never Broke Again – “The Story Of O.J.”

NBA Youngboy is gearing up for his upcoming November album, Nobody Safe, by remixing Jay-Z’s song “The Story Of O.J.” While the NBA version may share a beat, name, and some melodies, Youngboy eschews Jay’s familiar rapping style for a something totally new. Youngboy talk-raps around the beat, often falling off tempo in a fantastic way.

Saweetie – “Back To The Streets” (feat Jhené Aiko)

Saweetie and Jhené Aiko pulled up this week with a new, bouncy, Timbaland produced track “Back To The Streets.” Saweetie is currently working on her upcoming album Pretty B*tch Music, as well as giving relationship advice on Instagram. “If he not getting you a Birkin, if he not paying for your bills, then throw that n - - - a back to the streets,” Saweetie told her followers today.

Lil Yachty and Sada Baby – “Not Regular”

Lil Yachty has had a surprisingly fantastic 2020. He released “Oprah’s Bank Account” with Drake right before the shutdowns began, featured on the Sonic The Hedgehog soundtrack, released Lil Boat 3 which included the Future and Mike Will assisted hit “Pardon Me,” and most importantly he’s been popping up on some of the hottest new scam rap songs. Sada Baby has also had a breakout year with several Tik Tok hits, including “Whole Lotta Choppas,” which just received a Nicki Minaj remix.

NLE Choppa – “Narrow Road” (feat. Lil Baby)

NLE Choppa has staked his claim as one of the year’s most interesting celebrities, morphing from a violence obsessed, heavy hitting rapper into a true guru. His Twitter, and Instagram and Snapchat stories are constantly filled with meditation sessions, healthy recipes and words of wisdom. “If you don’t stand for nothing, you’ll fall for anything, but I just wanna let y’all know this vegan food is the best thing for your ding-a-ling,” he said in one story. Unfortunately his positive, new outlook does not seem to be transferring over to his music. His new song with Lil Baby is par for the course.
